When this happens, it’s because the saved version of the update has been corrupted. The solution is pretty simple:

Select the entire text of your update.
Right-click and select “Copy” from the context menu OR press Ctrl + C to copy.
Click “Discard Post” on the bottom right of the update to clear the form.
Click the “X” on the top right to exit…

I’m starting to work on a project for learning the commands of Christ and mapping them to a version of The Compass called “Following Jesus”. So i started to search for a list of all the commands and found a Downloadable PDF of the 48 Commands of Christ.

Not sure if this is actually comprehensive, but its a good start.
