  APEST Team Building for Bi-Vocational Teams

  The DISTRICT will be presenting at Assembly 26 about Bi-vocational missions and ministry requiring a team — really a Community of Practice (CoP). We organize the core of our DISTRICT team using the APEST Equipping Gifts framework. Attached is a PDF which shows how our gifting maps out: where we have over-lap coverage and where members have unique capacity and where there are gaps in coverage.
