National Day of Prayer High Point Hike
4PM May 7, 2026
Monument Parking Lot
High Point State Park, NJ
Not Hiking? Meet us at the monument at 6:30PM.
Let’s seek our Father in unity as a Tristate family from different churches and communities by raising up prayers with people across the nation. We’ll meet at High Point and enjoy amazing views of God’s creation.
The Hike: We’ll leave the Monument parking lot at 4PM sharp — please be early as we won’t be able to wait. We’ll hike in pairs of small groups and pray at 7 scenic overlooks along the Monument Trail. We’ll pause for about 5 minutes of prayer at each overlook, but people will often pray and fellowship the whole way. The entire trail is 3.5 miles and will take approximately 3 hours to complete. Please consider this a self-guided hike and be responsible for your own conduct and safety on the trail. Please hike at a pace and difficulty level appropriate to your ability. Sturdy shoes, a bottle of water, a snack, and a jacket is recommended.
Not Hiking?: Meet us at the Monument at 6:30PM.
