As I have follow-up conversations to our call, I’m thinking of how we can create a shared and simple framework of identity that is very useful in the metal health space. I’m thinking about the vertical-horizontal shape, each with three componenets that meat in soul/heart.

Vertical: Spirit-Soul-Body (neurologically: Cortex-Limbic-Autonomic)

Horizontal: Individual-Relational-Systemic (or Personal, Inter-Personal, Collective)
