Data Deletion Instructions

Users of the RadicalNow! platform may request deletion of their account and removal of their data using the instructions below. Deletion of an account is irreversible and cannot be recovered!

User Account Deletion

When you delete your account…

What will be deleted?

  • User Profile: All user-provided information on the users personal profile.
  • User Account: Login credentials, email, and contact details — including information imported from a social networking site like Google or Facebook.
  • Your group memberships, activity posts, and possibly your forum topics and replies.

What won’t be deleted?

  • Submissions to our Resource Directory — these are will be reassigned.
  • Submitted text to KnowledgeBase Entries — these are collaboratively authored articles and are release under license.
  • Some Forum posts — these will be reassigned.

To delete your account:

Website instructions (computer/tablet)

  1. Login to the site.
  2. Once logged in, you should then see your name at the top right of the page. Click on your name and a profile menu will open. From this menu, hover over the “Account” option. A new menu will open. Select “Delete Account” from this menu.
  3. You will be taken to a Delete Account page where a warning will appear asking for you to confirm that you understand the consequences. Check the box and click on “Delete Account”.

Removal of Data without Account Deletion

If you would like to delete specific data you have provided without complete account deletion, and you cannot remove this data yourself by editing content, you can Contact Us and we will evaluate and help with your request. Content may be removed at user request because it compromises user safety or experience, is harmful or abusive, is inaccurate, was publishing without proper rights or permissions, or for other reasons.
