Account

Account refers to the complete data linked to a user on the RN Platform including credentials, Profile information, and user generated content like posts, forum topics, comments, replies, ratings, and resources.

Control over your account is managed by the Account pages. You can access these by clicking on your name on the top right of the site. Hover over the “Account” option and a menu of Account pages will appear that you can use to manage your account.

What if I want to download my data?

Some data can be downloaded from the site using the Export Data page to file a request. Click on your name at the top right of the site. From the menu that appears, hover over “Account” and select “Export Data” from the menu that appears. Click the “Request Data Export” button.

An email will be sent to you to confirm your request. This is a security feature to prevent someone other than you from obtaining your data. Once you confirm this email, an Admin will send you a download link to a zip file of your information.

What if I want to delete my account or some of my data?

You can do so by following our Data Deletion Instructions. Admin accounts can only be removed by fellow Administrators.
