I uploaded a photo when I created my Group, but it wasn’t saved.
Twice now I’ve uploaded a photo (3rd step) in the Group creation wizard, but when the group is created and displayed, the photo is missing.
The problem seems to be I missed a step: When you upload your photo, it loads in the cropping tool. You then select a square area of the image to use as your Group photo. You have to click Crop Photo or when you hit next, the wizard will discard your photo. This is my mistake. I didn’t click the button, so my photo wasn’t saved.
If this happen to you, simply click the missing photo on your group page and upload your file. This time make sure to hit the “Crop Photo” button to make sure it’s saved!
