Moderation

Moderation is the Policy and activity the ensures RadicalNow! Platform is a safe and quality community for all users. Moderation is accomplished by RN Site Administrators and Editors and members of the community by Reporting Users and Content.

All content and interactions on the Platform must comply with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Child Safety Standards, and Content License and all applicable laws in all relevant jurisdictions. In addition, users and members of the Platform are required to adhere to the RN Code of Conduct, which is based on Biblical and Spiritual principles.

Reporting and Account Suspension

Admins, Editors, and Users may report accounts by following the Reporting Users and Content instructions. Repeated reporting will trigger automated account suspension. Admins may also suspend any account they deem in violation of policy at their sole discretion. Suspended accounts may be removed from suspension after investigation and correction of any violating content or behavior at the discretion of the Admins.

Suspended accounts will not appear in Member lists or searches. Their photo will revert to the system default and their name will appear as “Unknown Member”. Links to their profile will be disabled. Activity Posts in the main Timeline will not be published or accessible.

Group posts, comments, and media will still be visible unless that content is individually flagged or subject to sanction.

Blocking

Users who do not want to see members and content, but who do not feel a violation of policy has occurred may use Blocking. Blocking hides the content of the blocked member as if that member was suspended — but only appears this way to the blocking user. This is a useful feature to self-moderate each users RN experience.

Group Moderation

Any Group Organizer — the person who creates a group or has been promoted to organizer status — has the power to moderate members and content in their group. For a complete list of their Moderation powers, see the Group Organizer role.

Group Moderators can also moderate content in certain instances. For a complete list of their Moderation powers, see the Group Moderator role.

Removal of Content and Accounts

Administrators may remove any content or account determined to violate RN Policy. Users may also remove their own accounts, and in certain instances their content using the Data Deletion Instructions.
