Reporting Users and Content

Reporting Users and Content explains the RadicalNow! Platform features for users to report content and users that are offensive or who are in possible violation of the Terms of Service and other RN Policy.

NOTE: Reporting users and content should be used for grossly offensive and abusive behavior. If you simply don’t like content or prefer not to interact with a user, start with Unfollowing, Disconnecting, or Blocking the user.

Reporting a User

On the RadicalNow! Website

Site users can be reported by:

1. Click “Community” on the top menu.
2. Select “Members“.
3. Scroll the User or use the search function on the top of the page to locate the user.
4. Click the three dots (…) on the upper right of the user’s profile card.
5. Select “Report Member” from the menu that appears.
6. Choose which violation applies from the pop-up form.
7. Click “Report” and to send to the Site Administrators.

This same report feature can be accessed on any user’s profile page. To access this page:

1. Click on any user’s photo or avatar, even if the user doesn’t have a profile photo loaded.
2. On the user Profile page, click the three-dot button “…” and select “Report Member” from the menu.
3. Choose which violation applies from the pop-up form.
4. Click “Report” and to send to the Site Administrators.

On the RadicalNow! App (iOS / Android)

App users can be reported by:

1. Click the “Members” button on the Tab Bar Menu at the bottom of the App.
2. Scroll the User or use the search function on the top of the page to locate the user.
3. Click the user’s profile avatar or photo to go to their Profile page.
4. On the Profile Page, click the Three-dot “…” More icon.
5. Select “Report Member” from the menu.
6. Choose which violation applies from the pop-up form.
7. Click “Submit” and to send to the Site Administrators.

This same report feature can be accessed on any user’s profile page. To access this page:

1. Click on any user’s photo or avatar, even if the user doesn’t have a profile photo loaded.
2. On the Profile Page, click the Three-dot “…” More icon.
3. Select “Report Member” from the menu.
4. Choose which violation applies from the pop-up form.
5. Click “Submit” and to send to the Site Administrators.

Users who are reported by multiple persons within a certain period of time will experience an automated reduction in account functionality or disabled account.

Reporting Content

On the RadicalNow! Website

Site content can be reported by:

1. Wherever the content appears, there is a three-dot button “…” on the upper right of the post for that content. Click this.
2. Select “Report post” from the menu.
3. Choose which violation applies from the pop-up form.
4. Click “Report” and to send to the Site Administrators.

On the RadicalNow! App (iOS / Android)

App content can be reported by:

1. Wherever the content appears, there is a three-dot button “…” on the upper right of the post for that content. Click this.
2. Select “Report post” from the menu.
3. Choose which violation applies from the pop-up form.
